June 22nd, 2:30 am. The first beams of a rising sun have shined a snow ridge of Iskaten.
It is impossible to name the night that fleeting twilight when you don’t have time to realize how the sun,
just having gone behind one side of a mountain, shines the sky with pinkish light on another side in a minute.
"One dawn hastens to replace another..." Even in Pushkin’s poetry the white night lasted half an hour.
Here, at the top of pass, under a dome of the turquoise sky one day, passing in another,
hasn't left for a night even several minutes.
